A Virginia Man Is Facing Several Charges After He Allegedly Trespassed On Eastman Chemical Company’s Property And Set His Vehicle On Fire. Kingsport Police Responded To The Call Monday Morning After A Vehicle Reportedly Crashed Through The Security Gate And Onto The Plant’S Property. 37-Year-Old Justin Lee Carroll Of Pamplin Virginia Parked The Vehicle, And Then Lit A Roll Of Napkins On Fire Inside Of It. Carroll Then Reportedly Stole A Vehicle Belonging To Eastman. After A Short Pursuit, Carroll Crashed Into A Fence And Was Forcibly Removed From The Vehicle. Officers Reported Finding Over 48 Grams Of Methamphetamine, Cash, And Paraphernalia. Carroll Is In Jail On A 75 Thousand Dollars Bond And Is Set To Appear In Court On September 21st.
