The Tennessee Department Of Education Has Named A Second Grade Teacher At South Side Elementary School In Johnson City Tennessee Teacher Of The Year. Morgan Rankin Will Be Representing The State In The National Teacher Of The Year Competition And Will Serve As An Ambassador For The State, As Well As Serve On Commissioner Schwinn’s Teacher Advisory Council Throughout The 2021-22 School Year.
