A Johnson City Man Accused Of Firing A Gun In The Downtown Square Area Of The City Is Behind Bars. Matthew Norris Is Charged With Reckless Endangerment, Felon In Possession Of A Firearm, And Several Other Weapon Violations. The Incident Occurred Early This Morning. No Injuries Were Reported. Norris Is Being Held On 31-Thousand Dollars Bond And Is Set To Be Arraigned Today In General Sessions Court.
