A Kingsport Man Is Facing Multiple Charges After A Vehicle Pursuit And Foot Chase. 34 Year Old Christopher Hutson, Who Was Wanted On An Outstanding Warrant, Was Spotted Driving Near South John B Dennis Highway. Police Attempted A Traffic Stop And Hutson Fled. He Was Spotted Later In A Nearby Trailer Court And He Again Fled Reportedly Almost Hitting An Officer. Hutson Was Then Found On I-26 Where He Pulled Over And Fled On Foot. He Allegedly Dropped A Bag Carrying 87 Grams Of Heroin While Fleeing. He Was Later Found Hiding In A Drainage Tile. Hutson Is Being Held On A 100 Thousand Dollars Bond.
