A Hawkins County Woman Accused Of Letting Her 4-Year Old Son Walk In The Middle Of The Road Unsupervised Is Facing Charges. 39-Year-Old Jennifer Begley Is Charged With Misdemeanor Child Neglect. The Child Was Found In The Roadway Near Hoskins Road. A Witness Stopped And Picked Up The Child Who Was On The Hot Asphalt With No Shoes, And Called 9-1-1. Begley Has Been Arraigned And Is Set To Be Back In Sessions Court September 27Th.
