A Jonesborough Man Who Allegedly Threw A Puppy Into A Burning Home After Setting Fire To It, Is Now Facing Attempted Murder Charges. 29 Year Old Don Wines Is Accused Of Setting Fire To The Bathroom Of A Home And Then Throwing A Puppy Into A Basket In The Bathroom. Five People In The Home Were Able To Make It Out Safely, The Puppy Died In The Fire. Wines Is Now Charged With Five Counts Of Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Arson And Aggravated Cruelty To Animals. He’S In Jail On A 145 Thousand Dollars Bond.
