A Two Vehicle Crash In Johnson City Has Left Three People Injured And One Facing Charges. It Happened Sunday Night Near The Intersection On Hopper Road And West Market Street. A 2005 Nissan Titan Reportedly Pulled Into The Path Of An Oncoming Ambulance With It’s Emergency Equipment On. The Ambulance Hit The Passenger Side Of The Nissan Before Hitting An Embankment And Coming To Rest In The Ditch. The Driver Of The Ambulance And Two Passengers Were Injured And Taken To The Hospital For Treatment. No Word On Their Condition. The Driver Of The Nissan 56 Year Old Richard Willey Hoilman, Who Was Not Injured In The Incident, Is Charged With Failure To Yield, No Insurance, Driving An Unregistered Vehicle, And Switched Tag.
