A Second Man Accused In A Shots Fired Incident At A Kingsport Apartment Complex Has Turned Himself Into To Police. Darius Woodbury Is Charged With Three Counts Of Aggravated Assault And Once Count Of Possession Of A Firearm By A Convicted Felon. The Other Suspect In The Case, Curtis Thompson Turned Himself In Earlier This Week And Is Charged With Felony Reckless Endangerment. Authorities Said The Two Men Exchanged Gunfire In The Parking Lot Of Miller Village Apartments. Thompson Sustained A Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound To The Leg. A Stray Bullet Shattered The Window Of An Uninvolved Person’s Apartment, Went Through A Television And Lodged In An Interior Wall. No One Was Injured. Woodbury Remains In The Sullivan County Jail.
