The Kingsport Police Department Has Begun Limited Staffing Of The Lynn Garden Police Substation. The Substation Located At 1517 Lynn Garden Drive Has Been There For Decades But This Will Be The First Time It Will Be Open To The Public. The Location Will Serve As A “Community Listening Post” Staffed By An Officer Two Days A Week. Hours Of Operation Will Be Wednesday And Friday From 10am Until Noon And 3pm Until 5pm.
