Marvin Gilliam, A Republican From Bristol Who Donated Nearly 945-Thousand Dollars To State GOP Campaigns, Was One Of The Eight Citizen Members A Panel Of Retired Judges Selected For The Commission In January. No Reason Was Given As To Why He Stepped Down.
