A Hearing In The Sullivan Baby Doe Lawsuit Has Laid Out The Guidelines For The Upcoming Damages Trial Later This Month. Plaintiffs Are Seeking Just Over 2-Billion Dollars In Damages. The Suit Was Filed In 2017 By The District Attorneys General Of Tennessee’s First, Second And Third Judicial Districts In Sullivan County Circuit Court In Kingsport. The Lawsuit Seeks Restitution From The Opioid Pharmaceutical Companies For Their Negative Impact And Addiction Issues On Our Region. The Goal Is For The Damages Trial Is Set To Begin July 26Th.
