The Faith-Based Kingsport Homeless Ministry Is Bringing A New Homeless Shelter To Downtown Kingsport. It Will Be Located In The 700 Block Of East Sullivan Street. Bobby Flowers, The Ministry’s Board Of Directors President, Said The Plan Is To Have The Facility Up And Running Within The Next 120 Days.
