A Man Has Been Arrested Following A Shooting In Buchanan County. It Happened This Morning In The Spruce Pine Area Of Pilgrim’s Knob. A Man Was Found With A Gunshot Wound To The Head. The Victims Is In Critical Condition. 44 Year Old James Patrick Cantrell Of Pilgrim’s Knob Was Taken Into Custody At A Hotel For Abduction By Force. The Victim Was A Woman Allegedly At The Residence When The Shooting Occurred. Cantrell Is Being Held In Jail Without Bond. More Charges Are Pending.
