A Body Found On Rock Springs Road In Kingsport Has Been Identified. 42 Year Old Jonathan Powers Of Kingsport Was Found In The 1600 Block Of Rock Springs Road In A Wooded Area June 23rd. Detectives Are Still Waiting Delivery Of The Forensic Pathology Report To Determine A Cause Of Death.
